Vertigo 6 best young marketing and PR agency in the Netherlands

The prestigious SAN Accent Awards were presented last night in a sold out TV Studio in Hilversum. The SAN Accent Awards are the most important communications awards in The Netherlands. Host and famous TV presenter Johnny de Mol said “The SAN Accent Awards are the Dutch Oscars for the advertising world”. Vertigo 6, which already won a Cross Media Award last month, won the coveted SAN New Kids on the Block Award last night: the Award for the best young marketing and PR agency in the Netherlands.

Experts in millennial marketing
Over 30 agencies entered the New Kids on the Block Award this year. The criteria to participate were: the agency is not older than 3 years, has an innovative marketing vision and approach, has future potential and clients that matter. After four rounds the professional jury, consisting of leading marketers form the Netherlands, chose Vertigo 6 as the winner because of “the many innovative concepts and expertise in millennial marketing”.

Create buzz for every brand
“Vertigo 6 knows exactly what younger generations drives, through which media they can be reached, and how the brand and its values ​​fits in this approach,” says jury chairman and marketing professor at the University of Amsterdam Guda van Noort. “With much excitement combined with a healthy dose of no-nonsense, Vertigo 6 creates buzz for every brand”.

In addition to the prize for best young agency, Vertigo 6 won another award last night. The Ziggo eBattle case submitted by Vertigo 6 won a SAN Accent in the category Leisure. Vertigo 6 developed and executed the PR and influencer marketing strategy in this campaign. This year no less than 292 cases were submitted. Furthermore Vertigo 6 won a Cross Media Award last month, in the category Best Event, because of its commitment to the launch of EA SPORTS FIFA18.
